All prices displayed on our website are in PKR unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice.
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment methods where available.
For online payments, orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

4. Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan.
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address and reachable phone number.
Additional delivery charges may apply in certain areas.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Products must generally be returned in unused, original condition with their original packaging and accessories where applicable.

Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.
